LaPriel Armijo began her real estate career with Vicki Lee Green Realtors in 1993.  Prior to this she was in mortgage and commercial lending for fifteen years. She was the office Salesperson of the Year for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.  This experience, plus her commitment to serve her clients’ best interest make LaPriel an especially valuable resource.

LaPriel is a true “native” of Garfield County.  She was raised on a cattle ranch south of Silt.  LaPriel loves the outdoors, especially riding her horse in the high country of Colorado. LaPriel volunteers at RIDE (Riding Institute for Disabled Equestrians) in the summer.  It is so gratifying to see the joy horses can bring to a person! LaPriel, her husband and their four horses and dog reside in a small rural area known as Peach Valley.  LaPriel has one grown daughter.

LaPriel’s goal is to always provide good service with a great attitude.  She laughs and smiles a lot but pays attention to the small details and is tenacious.  Her expertise and knowledge of the real estate business covers everything from land parcels to commercial and residential properties.  The greatest compliment is to receive a referral from a previous client.

A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) with years of experience and success will help you make smart decisions in a fast-paced, complex and competitive market. To receive CRS designation, Realtors must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements – including high volume sales – and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. They must also maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and abide by its code of ethics. A level of accomplishment only 4% of real estate agents obtain.

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

LaPriel Armijo is certified as a member of the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification

Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) is offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) to agents that want to manage short-sale, foreclosure and real-estate owned transactions, and provides resources to these agents to stay current on national and state-specific information as the market evolves. Realtors with the SFR certification have the knowledge to maneuver both buyer and seller through the complexities of these transactions.

LaPriel Armijo is certified as a Master of Real Estate - MRE

MRE is the Master of Real Estate. The MRE designation is awarded through Colorado Association of REALTORS® Education Services. The MRE program is designed to provide advanced training beyond the GRI designation. It provides critical skills of the real estate business and provides education on current real estate topics and issues. The MRE designation signifies a broker dedicated to professional development.

Certified as a Real Estate Owned Specialist - REOS

Real Estate Owned Specialist is a 2 day course offered by American Real Estate University that covers managing, marketing, maintaining, selling, buying and financing bank owned properties.
